Refund policy

At Magic Place Design we strive to provide to our customers with high-quality products that bring comfort, style, and joy to everyone who wear it. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, our customer service team will work with you to make your experience better.

If you wish to return a purchased item, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of the original payment. Refund will be issued back to your credit card or to your account, excluding the shipping and handling fees with the addition of a 5% restocking fee. For defective items or wrong sent items, we will send a shipping label to cover freight fees with no restocking fee.

Due to specific of customized screen printing and embroidery services, no return can be accepted and no refund can be provided to any custom and personalized orders (merchandise, apparel, accessories, vinyls, other imprinted materials) unless they were damaged by shipping career.

Gift cards are not returnable and should be used on our official website.
