Instructions
If you are an individual customer who wants:
- custom print on a t-shirt, sweatshirt, baby onesie etc., please send us design at hellomagicplace@gmail.com
- personalized embroidery - do you already have your file digitized or you need help from our designers on digitizing it?
- customized sticker or car bumper decal, please send us a picture at hellomagicplace@gmail.com and specify the size and quantity of the desired stickers. Would you like it to be waterproof or is it for indoor use only?
- are you in a rush to print your order?
Please describe what you'd like to order in the field above (including size, color, quantity, where your print should be located - front or back, left or right chest, on a men's or women's t-shirt, etc.).
We do not reply to messages like 'Hello' or 'Does anybody there'. Please inquiries related to the nature of our business only. Thank you.
If you are business customer looking for the invoice on your custom order, please include the following information:
- type of services (custom prints, embroidery, vinyl art, business cards etc.);
- what would you like to screen print on (t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, hats, etc.);
- custom apparel for men or for women;
- sizes of apparel you'd like to order;
- quantity of each item;
- colors of the desired apparel;
- what design looks like (please send an example to hellomagicplace@gmail.com if possible);
- size of the design;
- what is the deadline for your project;
- for business cards, what quantity and thickness of business card paper you'd like to receive, would you like it to be glossy or matte, is it a one-sided or double-sided printing, do you need any special coating?
- if you don't currently have a design, and you need our design services - please specify so;
- any other comets you think might be useful for us to understand the specificity of your custom order.
